I have great news!!  Queba and Quemacho competed in Wellington last weekend.  It was Queba's 3rd and 4th time competing in the grand prix, and Lisa Wilcox has been riding him only since March.

Queba won both Saturday (with a 70% from Lilo Fore) and Sunday (with a 71.9 from Natalie Lamping) !!!!  He has now won every single grand prix competition he has been in and his scores are consistently getting higher!!!

Quemacho did his first grand prix, and Lisa has been riding him only for about 2 months.  He scored a 62.9 with 2 mistakes on Saturday (5th place) and 64.8% on Sunday with 3 big mistakes (4th place ) so we are thrilled!!!  He has been shown far less than Queba since I have had him, so he needs time in the show ring....

This is very exciting for the Lusitano's !!!!
